Getting the Most from Your Message
We read every email that comes in, whether it is a question about one of our guides, a suggestion for a topic we have not covered yet, or a correction to something we got wrong. Cattreeq is an independent site focused on cat trees, scratchers and everyday cat care, so the most useful messages tend to be about those subjects. We do not sell or ship products, so we cannot help with orders, returns or deliveries. For those, please contact the retailer or manufacturer you bought from.
What helps us reply quickly
A little detail goes a long way. If your question is about choosing or setting up a cat tree, it helps to tell us:
- Your cat's age, approximate size and activity level
- How many cats share the space
- The room you have in mind, including ceiling height and floor type
- What you have already tried, such as a scratcher your cat ignores or a tree that wobbles
With that context we can point you to the right part of our advice rather than giving a generic answer. You may also find what you need straight away in our guides on choosing a cat tree that fits your cat or checking cat tree stability.
Health and behaviour questions
We are happy to share general information about scratching habits, climbing and enrichment, but we are not veterinarians. If your cat has stopped using a tree suddenly, seems stiff or in pain when jumping, or shows a sharp change in behaviour, please speak to your vet first. Changes like these can have medical causes that need a proper examination.
Suggestions and corrections
If you spot an error, an outdated tip or a broken page, let us know which page it is on and what you noticed. Ideas for new guides are always welcome too, especially practical problems you have solved with your own cats. We aim to reply as soon as we can, though response times can vary.
